Womb Steaming Guide: Step-by-Step
Disclaimer: Womb steaming is a traditional wellness practice. It is not a medical treatment. Avoid steaming during menstruation, pregnancy, or if you have an active infection or open wounds. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning.

1. Gather Your Supplies
- Steaming Herbs
- Steaming Seat or Stool
- Stainless steel or Clay Bowl (No Plastic)
- Blanket or Long Skirt
- Water (Purified or Distilled preferred)
About 1–2 liters (4–8 cups).

2. Prepare the Herbal Steam
- Boil 1–2 liters of water in a pot.
- Add a handful (about 1/2 cup) of dried herbs.
- Pour the mixture into the stainless steel or clay bowl

3. Set Up Your Steaming Space
- Place the bowl of steaming herbs under your seat or stool.
- Ensure the area is private, calm, and quiet.
- Sit or squat comfortably over the steam, making sure it’s not too hot.

4. Begin the Steam Session
- Sit for 15–20 minutes.
- Keep your lower body covered with the blanket, large towel or skirt to trap the steam.
- Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and relax.

5. Aftercare
- Dry off and dress warmly warm and wear socks.
- Avoid cold, stress, or strenuous activity afterward.
- Hydrate with warm water or herbal tea.
- Stay indoors in a warm relaxing environment after your steaming session.

How Often to Steam
General Womb Care: 1–2 times a month, before or after your cycle.
Postpartum or Post-Miscarriage: After bleeding stops, as advised by your care provider.
Fertility or Detox Support: Up to 3 times per month (not during ovulation or menstruation).
